The UPE site needs the following updates:
.The membership application on the front page is out of date, and a deadline needs to be added.
.Remove references to upeofficers@acm.cs.rpi.edu
.Put the meeting dates, and possibly the coding competition, induction, and dinner on the Events page.
.The Projects page, and its subpages.
.Add real tutoring information to the Servies page.
